In the process of using the PCBA electronic board, it is inevitable to encounter harsh environmental conditions such as dust, salt spray, high and low temperature, so in order to protect the printed circuit, can anti-electrical glue be used?

The resin is synthesized by a special formula and is an electric anti-glue. It is a thin film coating material used to protect main pcb and related equipment from environmental corrosion.

In the actual working environment of electronic products, such as chemical substances, vibration, dust, salt spray, humidity, high temperature and low temperature, if the quick proofing PCBA is in these environments for a long time, problems such as corrosion, softening, deformation and mildew may occur, spraying Electric anti-glue can improve the working efficiency of the product and prolong the service life of the product, thereby ensuring the safety and reliability of the product during use.

In fact, the electric anti-adhesive is a technical upgrade product of the three-proof paint/three-proof glue. It not only has three-proof function, but also can be dustproof, salt spray proof, acid and alkali proof, and weatherproof if used on multi circuit boards.

The electrical protective adhesive is coated on the surface of the Professional PCBA to form a thin protective film. It protects the circuit board from damage in the above environment. Under these environmental conditions, PCBAs may experience corrosion, mold growth, short circuits, and other issues. The PCBA will fail, causing the electronic product to fail.

If electronic products use electric anti-glue, it can improve the stability of the product, increase the safety factor of the product, prolong the service life of the product, and even prevent leakage.

As a result, engineers can design for higher power and closer printed board spacing to meet the design goals of miniaturization of various precision components in today’s electronics. In addition, with the development of adhesives in the OEM PCBA processing industry, the application of electrical anti-sticking agents is becoming more and more extensive.
